Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and cleaning roles.
  • Proficient with hand tools.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with computer software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Key Responsibilities: The Facilities Technician will be responsible for executing skilled tasks in areas such as painting, carpentry, repairs, grounds maintenance, cleaning, and light construction.

Additional duties include:

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance challenges.
  • Adhering to safety standards and quality protocols.
  • Conducting scheduled and preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected downtimes.
  • Performing general upkeep of facilities, including maintenance painting and appliance installation.
  • Executing other assigned tasks as necessary.
