Job Summary:

This Travel Nurse RN position is available in the Emergency Department of a reputable hospital in Everett, Washington. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Emergency Department nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
