Key Responsibilities- Assist members with their purchases, including processing transactions and answering questions about products and services.
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
