Job Summary

We are seeking experienced barbers and hair stylists to join our team at Roosters Men's Grooming Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-end clientele, earn a competitive income, and enjoy a supportive and drama-free work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Benefits
  • A generous commission percentage on services, with the potential to earn up to $45 per hour
  • Retail (product) commissions of 10-20%

Requirements
