Liberty Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid.
The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility providing services to adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.
This is a rewarding career opportunity for individuals with professional or personal caregiving experience, or those who would like to be trained.
Responsibilities include:
- Working directly with clients
- Monitoring client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
- Providing interventions as necessary
- Engaging in pro-social activities with clients
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Helping clients build skills for independence and good health
As a full-time Liberty Healthcare employee, you can expect:
- $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
- Shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- 30 days of paid time off per year
