Dietitian Nutritionist Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, assess potential nutritional risks, and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation
* Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions
* Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities
* Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively

Qualifications:

* Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
* Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
