Paradise Christian School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Assistant Education Director - Early Childhood Program. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in early childhood education and experience working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Assist the Executive Director in the overall management of the Early Childhood Program, including supervising staff, monitoring program operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support a team of early childhood educators, including providing guidance on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management.
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and implementation of the Early Childhood Program's curriculum, including aligning with state and national standards.
  • Family and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families and the community, including providing support and resources to families and promoting the program's services and activities.
  • Grant Writing and Fundraising: Assist in researching and writing grants to secure funding for the program, as well as identifying and pursuing other funding opportunities.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist in promoting the program's services and activities through various marketing and communication channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Data Management: Assist in managing and analyzing data related to program operations, including tracking student progress, staff performance, and program outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse populations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Certifications: Valid Director Credential and CLASS Observer license.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
