About the Role

VNS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in West New York, New Jersey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized nursing and care management to patients in their homes or care facilities.
  • Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Constantly evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.
