Job Summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team working on a critical program within our C4ISR division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop object-oriented software utilizing C++, C#, or Java
  • Work with Linux/Unix based systems
  • Collaborate with a multi-discipline team in a dynamic Agile environment
  • Contribute to the development of mission-critical software
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or Science from an accredited college
  • Experience with object-oriented software development
  • Experience with Linux/Unix based systems
  • US Citizenship required for this position
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Agile development tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with software development best practices
  • Familiarity with unit testing
  • Familiarity with networking and network programming
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
