Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment disassembly and assembly, sanitation, and cleaning tasks as directed by the Sanitation Supervisor.
  • Ensure that all sanitation processes do not compromise food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Follow all rules, guidelines, and regulations related to safe work practices and cleaning.
  • Attend to details in performing sanitation tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on your feet for 12 hours a day and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Visual acuity to read labels and understand scales, computer terminals, and other controlling devices.
  • Effective communication skills to report sanitation-related issues to the Sanitation Supervisor.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute oral direction.
