Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of Vice President of SoC Architecture. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Custom Silicon & IP Group. The successful candidate will oversee and contribute to the architecture and systems development for all custom silicon initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of architects and specialists in driving innovative technology solutions.
  • Make critical design and architectural decisions that shape the future of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, silicon engineering, applications engineering, and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale silicon designs from inception to deployment, particularly in advanced geometries such as 5/3nm.
  • Experience in defining architectures for ARM-based SoCs or custom accelerators is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages tailored to each candidate's skills and experience. The salary range for this position is between $155,000 and $200,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.
