Cannonball Recruiting LLC Seeks Engineering Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Cannonball Recruiting LLC. As a critical member of our engineering team, you will manage and coordinate engineering projects in the manufacturing sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, resolving issues and implementing solutions.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain project documentation, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project expenses and provide financial insights to inform decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to establish and maintain quality control processes.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for team members on new processes, technologies, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management and manufacturing software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret engineering prints and drawings.
  • Experience with CAD software.

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
