Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating studies and working closely with research investigators to translate discoveries from the bench to the bedside. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oncology and strong experience as a Registered Nurse. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment on a large campus, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with research investigators to design and implement studies, and to translate discoveries from the bench to the bedside.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to research staff on clinical research protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitor study progress, and ensure timely completion of studies.


Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on oncology.
  • Strong experience as a Registered Nurse, with a valid RN license.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
