Position Overview: The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Management Team with the setup, merchandising, and dismantling of a seasonal retail environment. This position is essential in upholding Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management Team in driving sales.
- Engage in sign waving and general housekeeping.
- Assist with merchandising, pricing, and signage.
- Operate POS systems and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
