Personal Shopper

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing memberships, and fulfilling orders to meet our members' needs.

• Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
• Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, and reporting any unsafe situations to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
