A distinguished private estate is seeking reliable and proactive Landscape Maintenance Specialists to become part of our dedicated team. This role is full-time and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Responsibilities encompass assisting with agricultural support, property upkeep, and grounds maintenance, all while working in varying weather conditions. Our team is highly motivated, collaborative, and skilled in ensuring the property is well-maintained.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential flexibility during warmer months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine lawn care and upkeep
    • Raking
    • Pathway maintenance
  • Proficient operation of equipment such as zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, and small tractors with attachments
  • Snow removal tasks including shoveling and plowing
  • Transporting rocks, logs, and other vegetation as required
  • Climbing ladders for gutter cleaning
  • Tree removal of up to 12-15 inches in diameter, including fallen branches

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Safe and effective use of equipment
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 70 lbs comfortably
  • Capability to bend, kneel, walk, and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities

Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check
