Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will work cohesively with sales team members to engage, support, and provide customer service to Sleep Number customers. You will be responsible for communicating product features and benefits, and promoting our innovative sleep solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Sleep Number customers
  • Communicate product features and benefits to customers
  • Participate in the creation of your part-time schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in high-end sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
