Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing nursing services through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care in the Wilcox Unit. You will function as an associate to a charge nurse and eventually assume charge nurse responsibilities. We are seeking a warm and motivated individual who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the pediatric hematology/oncology unit.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current Hawai'i Registered Nurse License.
  • One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
  • Current Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) CPR cards.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
