Company Overview:
MyKelly is collaborating with a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial sorbents and spill control solutions. We are currently seeking dedicated Production Crew Members for full-time positions across various shifts.

Compensation:
Pay rates range from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $2.50 shift differential for those working the third shift.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift:
  • 6am-6pm, on a 2-2-3 straight schedule
  • 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday
2nd Shift:
  • 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday
3rd Shift:
  • 6pm-6am, on a 2-2-3 straight schedule

Position Overview:
The Production Associate will assist production staff by supplying materials, tools, and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include performing machine-specific tasks and ensuring optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment and conduct minor repairs as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinate with line operators regarding product specifications for the shift.
  • Verify correct counts and weights during the packaging process.
  • Ensure proper palletization and wrapping of products according to customer requirements.
  • Assist operators with machine operations as needed.
  • Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Remove waste materials and machine attachments as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Strong listening skills for following verbal instructions.
  • Proficient in using hand controls.
  • Ability to read and comprehend machine components.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including:
    • Climbing
    • Bending
    • Twisting
    • Repetitive motions
    • Standing for extended periods
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Manual pallet jacks
  • Stretch wrap machines
  • Utility knives
  • Air hoses
  • Air guns

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Must have at least one year of employment with a single employer in the last three years.
  • Steel-toed footwear is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
