Position Title: Open Enrollment Call Center Representative

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8 AM and 6 PM

Compensation: $20 per hour for English speakers; $22 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from clients requiring assistance with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Collect comprehensive information regarding claims and service issues, ensuring accurate documentation in the client portal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and effective resolution of all client requests.
  • Follow up with insurance providers to assist clients with their claims.
  • Participate in virtual meetings throughout the workday, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a call center environment, preferably in a benefits service center.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.
