Cannabis Cultivation Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Laborer to join our team at Kolaboration Ventures. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will play a vital role in assisting with day-to-day growing operations and ensuring the highest quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete necessary cuttings from ordered batches.
  • Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants to standards based on areas of the plant.
  • Prepare necessary equipment to plug clones into rooting trays.
  • Maintain protocols for preparing clones and plugging them into the trays.
  • Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants.
  • Irrigate plants consistently to standards.
  • Harvest plants with efficiency.
  • Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds.
  • Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in a cannabis preferred, but not necessary.
