Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting, trimming, and boning meat for display or as ordered by customers
  • Operating electric grinders, saws, knife sharpeners, tenderizers, and slicers
  • Weighing, wrapping, and labeling product packages for counter display
  • Rotating product in the meat cooler and ensuring proper storage practices
  • Assisting customers with product questions and providing excellent customer service
