Campus Ministry Opportunities

Texas Baptists is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Baptist Student Ministry Associate Director. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of college students and advance the Kingdom of God on campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for evangelism, discipleship, missions, and church life, as well as facilitating a ministry of care and encouragement to students, faculty, and staff.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a seminary degree or equivalent and active membership in a church supportive of Texas Baptists. You will work closely with local leadership groups to provide a student ministry program that meets the needs of the campus community. This includes assisting in campus ministry, working with local Baptist churches, and facilitating a ministry of care and encouragement to students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for evangelism, discipleship, missions, and church life.
- Work closely with local leadership groups to provide a student ministry program that meets the needs of the campus community.
- Facilitate a ministry of care and encouragement to students, faculty, and staff.
- Assist with administering the budget and providing financial reports to the local leadership group.

Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited seminary (Baptist Seminary preferred).
- Active membership in a church supportive of Texas Baptists.
- Commitment to Christian principles and teachings both professionally and personally.
- Strong evangelistic skills and ability to communicate the vision of BSM effectively.
