RN - Senior Care Facility Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's Alma Skilled Nursing Facility in Alma, NE. As a Senior Care Facility RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents, as well as coordinate care, resident assessment, and education.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
