Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based medication plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Licensed by the Board of Pharmacy to practice pharmacy in South Carolina
