Firefighter 56 Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Firefighter 56 Specialists to join our emergency response team. As a Firefighter 56 Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, extinguishing fires, and providing medical assistance to those in need.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $52,500 - $72,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description: As a Firefighter 56 Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Responding to emergency calls, including fires, medical emergencies, and hazardous materials incidents.
• Extinguishing fires using various techniques and equipment.
• Providing medical assistance, including basic and advanced life support procedures.
• Operating firefighting equipment and tools, including pumper trucks and rescue vehicles.
• Participating in fire drills and training exercises to maintain a high level of readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• EMT certification and a valid driver's license.
• The ability to pass a physical ability test and required medical exams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
