Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Group in Prescott Valley, AZ. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program.

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for providing primary care services, including routine check-ups, acute visits, and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Compact state or Arizona RN license.
- AZ Advanced Practice Nurse license or eligibility to obtain.
- National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in the area of specialty under AZ regulations.
- Valid DEA registration.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider.
Preferred qualifications include American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
Pay Range$75.00/hour
