Escrow Specialist

Highly Regarded Title Agency seeks a skilled Escrow Processor to facilitate the real estate transaction process. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accuracy of property records, prepare closing documents, and coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Verify property ownership, liens, and easements with attention to detail.
- Research and verify documentation, including property title records, deeds, leases, and contracts.
- Enter and submit title documents into Qualia.
- Collaborate with the title examiner to prepare title insurance policies and work with the closer to prepare real estate settlement statements and Closing Disclosures.
- Ensure all closing instructions are followed and coordinate with loan officers, mortgage loan processors, and underwriters.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions, title processing, and title company pre-processing desired.
- Superb research, communication, customer service, and analysis skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and other programs.
