Position Overview
This role is pivotal in overseeing the Information Security team, specifically focusing on IAM operational functions. The responsibilities include managing identity management, access control, and providing production support for enterprise users, customers, and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Information Security team in executing IAM operational tasks.
  • Ensure the security, efficiency, and compliance of identity management processes.
  • Possess a strong grasp of identity management principles and experience with IAM tools such as ForgeRock, Ping, Siteminder, and Okta.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet business objectives.
  • Supervise the Identity Management team in processing access requests.
  • Support IAM processes and procedures aligned with business needs.
  • Work closely with the IAM Director to define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and business units for operational support.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance IAM operational team skills.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ForgeRock and Ping platforms, including their configuration and customization.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of identity management concepts and authentication protocols.
  • Possess experience in IAM principles, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RBAC, and federation standards.
  • Show technical expertise in applications, servers (primarily Linux/Unix), infrastructure, and networking technologies.
  • Have hands-on experience in IAM, policy assessments, and application testing.
  • Be familiar with ServiceNow ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrate experience in secure architecture, SDLC, security system integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Exhibit leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills to drive team success.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be proficient in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exhibit integrity, accountability, and a commitment to professional best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
