Seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' communication needs within the classroom environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
