Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid MA state license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification.
  • SNF experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education and Training
  • Graduate of a school of speech/language pathology.
Work Environment

This is a 13-week contract position with a Monday-Friday, day shift schedule. You will work onsite at our contracted facility, providing speech therapy services to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
