Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our Southwest Region team in Texas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drainage project management and design.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in water resources engineering, with a focus on stormwater management and transportation improvement projects. They will be proficient in MicroStation, Geopak, Civil3D, and other relevant software, as well as having knowledge of TxDOT standards and procedures.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for project plans and reports, designing stormwater management systems, and permitting with regulatory agencies. They will also assist in preparing project construction details, quantities, cost estimates, and project specifications.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's in water resources fields being a plus. A valid Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) is preferred, or the ability to acquire it within 6 months. The ideal candidate will have experience with TxDOT Drainage design and knowledge of TxDOT standards and procedures.
