About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team at Bowlero. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bowling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pinspotters, pinsetters, and other bowling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and machine area to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all center equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Respond promptly to pin jams, ball return issues, and other equipment malfunctions to minimize disruption to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a bowling or amusement park environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
