Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a positive first impression
  • Processing payments and handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive dining experience
  • Staying up-to-date on menu items, prices, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
  • Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and food safety

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
