Work Environment: Radiology Department

Location: Not specified

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, weekdays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation: $25 - $38 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

The Medical Imaging Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting imaging examinations with precision, ensuring accurate documentation of anatomical and pathological findings.
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other medical professionals in the interpretation of imaging results.
  • Assisting in various invasive imaging procedures as required.
  • Administering contrast materials through various methods, including oral, rectal, and intravenous routes, when applicable.
  • Maintaining imaging equipment, performing routine checks, and reporting any technical issues to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification or eligibility is a mandatory requirement.
  • Completion of a degree program in Radiological Technology as stipulated by ARRT standards.
  • BLS certification must be obtained by the conclusion of the conditional employment period.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the field of radiology is highly desirable.
