Overview
At CommonSpirit Health at Home, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in a hospice in-patient setting.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care to multiple patients in a hospice in-patient setting.
* Collaborate with patients and their caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Work 2, 12-hour shifts per week, with shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
* One year of LPN nursing experience required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, paid weekly.
