We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at ARRIVE Hotel Memphis. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food products in accordance with our standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and execute food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Work effectively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and management.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety and quality.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Baker in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
- Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Food Handler Certification required.
