Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at ARRIVE Hotel Memphis. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food products in accordance with our standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and execute food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Work effectively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and management.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Baker in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
  • Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
