Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: Horseshoe Bay Resort

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily kitchen operations and staff at Horseshoe Bay Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Manage all equipment, china, glass and silver
  • Enforce proper use and cleaning of all dish room machinery
  • Supervise associates ability to follow loss prevention policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED and prefer 2 years experience in the procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Minimum age requirement 21 yrs
  • Must have valid Texas drivers license and satisfactory MVR for insurance coverage purposes
