Job Description

**Job Summary**

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with a school district in a summer program setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students with challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide behavioral support and training
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans
  • Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on behavioral strategies

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher from an accredited university
  • BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred

Contract Details:

  • W2 contract, paid hourly for all hours worked
  • Negotiable hourly rate, $45/hr and up
  • Weekly pay, every Friday
  • Flexible schedule with recruiter and district support
  • Benefits available for full-time employees
