Job Responsibilities:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under the guidance of an RN or LPN to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. This includes:
- Providing direct patient care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to RNs or LPNs
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of recent experience as a Health Unit Coordinator or a similar position
