About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for IT assets, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and maintaining the overall upkeep of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT assets
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance
• Maintain backups and images of all IT assets
• Recovery and reporting of compromised systems
• Day-to-day maintenance of computer assets
• Software management and installation of software on IT assets

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Client/Server, Ethernet, LAN)
• Domain / Active Directory knowledge
• Proven skills in troubleshooting system problems
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to convey technical concepts and issues to non-technical staff
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude when working with Customers, Peers, and Management

Preferred Education

• 2-year or 4-year technical degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, or related field
