  • Have complete knowledge of our restaurant's food and beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.

  • Ability to consistently upsell alcohol and food items, enhancing our guests' experience and increasing revenue.
  • Able to use a computer to ring orders on a check, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to interact with guests in a consistent, friendly, and fast manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to accept different types of payment and make change, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area, including clearing and resetting the bar and bar tables quickly.
  • Ability to correctly check identification of guests to ensure they are at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages, refusing to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age.
  • If consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guests' behavior, count the number of drinks served, and inform management if necessary.
  • Treat all guests with respect and professionalism, ensuring their complete satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
  • Communicate with managers to inform them of any unhappy guests, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive experience.
  • Take, fill to-go orders, and check for accuracy if applicable.
