Key Responsibilities
1. Assess patients' physical capabilities and formulate individualized treatment strategies.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
3. Instruct patients and their families on home management techniques and exercises.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
