  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, expenses, and revenues, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demolition Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition, with a strong understanding of demolition methods, techniques, and best practices.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of demolition equipment, tools, and materials, as well as experience with project management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Education and Certifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field, and relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30 hour Construction Training and HAZWOPER.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
