Job Title: Tax Preparer

Intuit is seeking a Tax Associate to join our team for the upcoming tax season. As a Tax Associate, you will work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

Responsibilities:
  • Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
  • Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
  • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
  • Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
  • Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
