Job Description


As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health - 048, you will play a vital role in providing individualized counseling services to children and adolescents. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and developing effective treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to promote client growth and well-being
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with diverse client populations
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
