Maintenance Expert

Job Summary:
A highly skilled Service Technician is required to join the team at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH. The ideal candidate will have experience working with motor vehicles and a strong understanding of repair and customization techniques.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing prompt, dependable, and high-quality vehicle service to internal & external customers. This includes completing repair work within the scheduled or allotted time, performing service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications, and maintaining technical qualifications by completing necessary training programs.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location. However, we are open to negotiating the final compensation package with the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, dependable, and high-quality vehicle service.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time.
• Perform service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications.
• Maintain technical qualifications by completing necessary training programs.

Requirements:

• MMI Graduate or at least 2 years of Harley-Davidson experience.
• 3 years of Technician experience preferred.
• Completion of factory authorized formal training program (i.e., MMI Service School) or equivalent work experience.
• All service technicians are required to own their own set of tools within 60 days of hire.

Working Conditions:

• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push and pull.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Requires use of both hands.
• Requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle.
