Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers
  • Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations
  • Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
Requirements
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Previous barista or Starbucks experience is preferred
