Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for strategic platforms.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years direct marketing to consumer experience required.
  • Experience managing 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including team leadership, thought leadership, problem-solving, collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including the development of creative briefs and project plans.
  • Strong cross-functional management and project management skills & experience.
  • Solid experience managing through ambiguity to shape, elevate, and move planning forward.
  • Solid background/skills in analytics and data-driven business planning.
  • Solid background in consumer insight and consumer insight-driven business planning.
  • Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including strong demonstrated experience in leading creative work and agency partnerships.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Passion for business/the work and a constant learner.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
