Job Overview: Manufacturing Project Specialist

**Location:** Nationwide Travel Required: 100%

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Specialist to lead equipment installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts for industrial manufacturing clients. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to train customer employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand equipment requirements and develop project plans
  • Lead equipment installations and maintenance activities
  • Provide technical training to customer employees

Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in industrial equipment installation and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and PLCs
  • Excellent technical and communication skills
